Terms of Service

Acceptance

By downloading or using Lunara ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Subscriptions

Lunara Premium is offered as Weekly, Monthly, Yearly (with 7-day free trial for new subscribers) and Lifetime plans. Pricing is shown in your local currency in the App Store at the moment of purchase.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions any time in your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions → Lunara.
Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

Free trial eligibility

The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers only. If you've previously subscribed to Lunara Premium under any plan, you're not eligible for an additional trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start at the published price.

Refunds

All purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple per their standard policies. Lunara does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com within the eligible window.

⚠️ Medical disclaimer

Lunara is a consumer wellness app. It is NOT a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including obstructive sleep apnea. The STOP-BANG and Berlin questionnaires are clinical screening tools but cannot replace a sleep specialist's evaluation. The AI Coach provides general advice based on your sleep data and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you suspect a sleep disorder or have ongoing medical concerns, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the app.
Exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the app's operation.
Use Lunara for any unlawful purpose.
Use Lunara to record audio of other people without their explicit consent.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Lunara or its content.

Intellectual property

The Lunara app, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TransformToApp. Apple Health, Apple Watch, SoundAnalysis and related trademarks are property of Apple Inc. Claude AI is a product of Anthropic.

Limitation of liability

Lunara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or available without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransformToApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Lunara.

Termination

You may stop using Lunara at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Lunara after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain.
